We offer Quick and easy 7 day refund, return and exchange policy

We find that we have remarkably low return rates and are proud of the quality of products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on new and unopened items.

 

Refund and Exchange Policy & Instructions

If you wish to return your item(s), please WhatsApp us on 03224455620 or email us to support@royaltees.com with your order number and reason within 7 days from receiving your order (according to the delivery date on the tracking record, if applicable).

 

REFUND POLICY

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged of course
  • You have 7 days to return your item from your purchase date
  • If you are applying for a refund, 80% amount will be returned (20% Deducting shipping charges and packing material charges etc) of your order amount . The amount will be transferred to your Bank Account / Easypaisa Account / Jazzcash Account etc) in 24-48 hours after the parcel is received at our office
  • The goods must not have been used, must be complete with all components and the packaging must be not be damaged.
  • Note that if these conditions are not met we may not accept returned goods.
  • Please ensure that all returns are securely wrapped and packaged. We cannot be held responsible for any units that have been damaged in transit

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We try to make exchanges as hassle free as possible for our customers that is why we have 2 options for exchange, you can choose the one you prefer.

  • 1st Scenario


    For replacement you have to send the items back to us by any courier service (post-office-ums recommended) and as soon as we receive the items, we will dispatch your replacement order with Rs.150 delivery charges only.

  • 2nd Scenario

    We do offer pickup service as well in which rider will come and will pick that product from your location and will deliver you your replacement order but this process will cost you Rs.299

  • Initial shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the item qualifies for free shipping. Orders will be refunded -150 Rs/- for shipping fees when refunding an order.
